Lite

Load a Claude-authored manifest into the Tasks list — validated upsert, keyed on Task ID.

Copy this prompt into a fresh Claude session, then give it your runbook — notes, a doc, or just talk it through. The prompt already carries the values this board accepts and a default for every optional field, so Claude shouldn't need to interview you: the one thing it asks is what the project covers.

Paste the runbook, plan or notes and the manifest is produced for you, then dropped into Step 2 for the same validation and preview; nothing is written until you click Import. What you paste leaves your tenant for the duration of the request, together with the prompt above (which names the phases, categories and owners this board uses), to an AI service Dragonfly runs in Azure. Strip credentials and anything you would not send by email before pasting. The Premium data-processing terms say exactly what is sent, kept and by whom.
